HOW TO GET THERE FROM VALPARAISO BUS TERMINAL
You can take a taxi (CLP $7,000 / CLP $10,000) or UBER (CLP $3,500 – CLP $5,000). We recommend writing "Urriola 373" as your destination; it will drop you off right at the foot of the Fischer Staircase. You can also take public transportation at the station entrance on Pedro Montt Street, taking a bus or micro (a local ticket costs between CLP $320 – CLP $350). Ask the driver to drop you off on Urriola Street (look for the Shell gas station as a reference) and then walk up about 300 meters. On your left, you'll find a colorful staircase. Climb to the first landing (25 steps) and you'll be right outside our hostel. If you're walking, consider it's approximately 2.5 kilometers.
HOW TO GET THERE BY CAR FROM SANTIAGO
Access the Costanera Norte Highway from Armando Cortínez Avenue, continue along Route 68 toward Valparaíso. Take Errázuriz Avenue south to Pasaje Ross (you'll see the Duoc UC building on your right), continue to Esmeralda Street and turn left. Continue 200 meters to Plaza Anibal Pinto, go up Almirante Montt Street to Templeman Street, and turn right to go down Urriola Street.
HOW TO GET THERE FROM THE AIRPORT
You must take a Centropuerto or Turbus bus and get off at the first stop, the Pajaritos metro station (Line 1, red) and from there take a bus to Valparaíso (there are several companies such as TusBus, Condor, Pullman, the ticket costs around $7000 CLP).
Advice: Change only a few dollars at the airport, because the rate is high.
